Surface R/F continues

Fcc can be good organizer - director of people - can seem indifferent to 
  people - not cold/aloof - just not caring.
  (Note: college students Fcc had tough childhoods - can be good in
    working with crisis situations).
  (Bob thinks this is one place where basic might change because it is
   a blocking, not a failure to learn skills. Fc hard to learn, hard to
   maintain.)
  Foc not as hard to live with, but not a bleeding heart either!
  Pretty businesslike - matter of fact. Not a tyrant unless cross.

  If an Icc in front of - Icc tend to be very ethical
  Fcc is a more practical, humane version of Fc (high C)

Fcu - Hard to think of something good
   narrow, impulsive, intuitive, angry, sealed off, determined to do things
   a certain way with NO practical judgment on top of it.
   Moving away from R type of rules. "anyone who pays taxes is a fool"
  Have a big picture but not paying attention except for own needs.
   Fcc focus on practical issue which broadens me
  Fcu deliberately not practical.
  Gittinger (Hells Angels) - impulsive, emotionally labile
  Has perception - not pay attention and be angry about them
    no amelioration with practical judgment.
  Difficult for individual / society
  Fc comes about by pressure like "no wimps here"
  Fco could be approaching
  But for Fcu, some sort of atypical circumstances - not supportive
    Things driving Fc usually for practical reasons
    Fcu - no practical education - maybe orphan, runaway - not taught or
      reacted against society's rules
  Hard to see any place where this adjustment is an advantage (Bob has never
    seen one)
  (Prim F easily bored: Fcu father has kids and runs off)

Fuc vs Fcc: Fuc can use F skills. Fcc more tense.

Ruu f'    Ruc r

Ru focused, linear, imitative learner, knows he knows answers
   intolerance for ambiguity.
   These traits encourages. Price is focus and lack of emotional control
   Ru can be impulsive
   Ru - has to imitate so very dependent on external models

Ruu - low comprehension - no practical judgment.
  Continues to be helpless in terms of being self-starter.
  Maintains negative. aspects of Ru
  Ruu shows confusion in bull headed way. With a lot of structure, can be
    effective
  Can seem very confident and functioning and make an off the wall decision
  Hard to find an environment to get this adjustment (not common)
  Emotionally explosive - doesn't have the rules to contain emotion

Ruc - learned practical judgment on top of Ru - modified into a more
  reasonable adjustment. Still orderly, imitative R Ruc makes it reasonable
  "If not sure, better ask", Ruu has their own "double checking"
  Still need external support, but knows enough to ask.
  May lose temper but has practical judgment to know not to
  Ru not real common, Ruc the most common
  Healthy adjustment in a narrow set of circumstances

Rc - added breadth and caution of F and ability to understand people better
  and see more than one way to do things.
  Both R and F skills. Really only one that has both R and F skills
    (Fc suppresses F)
Rcc - does above in well organized way. Practical organized quality to the
    use use of R skills.

Rcu - Rcc emphasizes f in practical way.
   Rcu - not as practical- emphasize F skills - very concerned with people
   See themselves as very effective with other people.
   Rcu can be really interested in complexity - often at the expense of
     practical solution. 
   If Rcu+ - really unusual and have to find out why. Really sheltered from
     finding out how things work.
   More humanized R to the point of exasperation. 
     Will continually seek out other points of view.

The Rcc has the emotional control on the end, likewise the Ruc
