Primitive EFU - modal for a helping person.
Basic: i*fa*-  Ambivalence on social dimension
   disciplined intellectually. 
   Attractive dark hair,small, elegant quality. Tense and anxious.
   Stresses: (Quiet intellectually controlled. 
      High S well above NL - pushing to be a relational thinker. 
         If push beyond NL - need to know more to get relationships
	    to make decisions. 
      So this person  hard time making decisions.
      Surface c+ can do record keeping. 
   But: Uoo - will use intellectual, organizational ability to
      achieve or be wife/mother.

  Disciplined in first 2 dimensions

(Note: NL2001 gives 12(Ecc+ R-cc U-co) M G-cc - the 11 seems to work better)  
  but Auu - had been auto mechanic. Fireman - mostly did not have to work hard.
    His choice: play hockey for fun

  Lady: stress enabled prove not stress disabled.
  Man: H with an E will be active - busy all the time.
     if not busy, drinking. Father was alcoholic
     Working class: mother enabled drinking
     When drink: i* f*        a

     Not that strong an E, so drinking does not do much.
     Only brakes on Auu comes from high "C", so no brakes when drink
        Easy for R to be in denial
     He was fine with her making more money. Vacations were outdoor things
        for him.
   Her father was sadistic. Husband ran interference with her family.
     Family harassed her. Italian family.
  Now stress: husband increasing alcoholic. He stayed fireman and alcoholic.
  She got a job in a health care organization. Did very well - got promoted.
    Then promoted to regional manager. Traveled. He did not like it.
    She said "too bad" - Uoo resolved to Uoc - decided to get off fence
      of achieve/social to achieve.
  He knows if she leaves, he will be stuck because she takes care of him.
  Good woman to work for but watch out.

Why tested? Did not know what he wanted to do with his live.
E+o slowed down some as got older. Not a lot of pressure to E+c
  so slowly got disciplined.
  Parents allowed E+, an A+ and maybe family values.

E+RA+ - outgoing, focused, learned by imitation, social skills 
   loved being around people, they loved him.
   Modal sunny outgoing friendly kids.
   With L on an E+ maybe a bit depressed.
   physically active
   ERA almost always "victims" of the halo effect - so outgoing conforming
     so get expectations on them. 
   But high enough NL, could do OK in school without intellectual discipline
     More intellectual discipline 
 Basic i*- f* u*-
 Essentially reaction formation
 Became more disciplined. basic IFU speculative thinkers
 Surface i\ r°+ a°-

 Relatively stress disabled. Underestimation of passage of time. Laid back.
   Wants to be so stress disabled - wait it out.
 
 Why need career counseling age 25.
